Delivery

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

DELIVERY DAYS: We deliver once a week in the Greater Durban area. Please be take note of your delivery day and place your order in advance. Deliveries are free for food orders.

Lower Highway (Pinetown, Westville, etc) Monday/Wednesday
Southern Suburbs (Queensburgh, Bluff, etc) Friday
South Coast (to Toti) Every 2nd Wed
Northern Suburbs (Umhlanga, Sea Cow Lake, etc)   Monday/Umhlanga
North Coast (to Ballito) Monday
Durban City (central regions) Monday
Pietermaritzburg & Howick areas Tuesday

For orders outside of these areas, a courier fee will be added to your order.

When will my order be delivered?

We’ll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided that you ordered in time for the order to make it onto the truck.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address under the My Account page – here.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

Please send us an email, containing your order number describing what was missing. – info@ralun.co.za

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Due to our trucks doing a specific route which is predetirmend, it is hard to give an exact time when the delivery will take place.

Data and Privacy

How do I register an account on RALUN

Registering on ralun.co.za is easy. To get started you’ll need an email address and at least one contact telephone number.

You’ll also be asked to create a unique five-character password to keep your account safe. Make sure it’s memorable and not one you’ve ever used on any other website before.

How do I change my password?

From the top of any ralun.co.za page, go to My Account and click on “edit your password and account details.” in your My Account section, then simply complete the Change your Password fields and click Save Changes.
I have forgotten my password, how do I access my account?

Don’t worry, we’ll help you create a new one. On our log-in page, click on the link next to ‘Forgot your password?’.

Enter your account email address and we’ll then email you instructions to your account email address on how to create a new password.

My email address has changed. How do I update this on my current account?
  • Login with your email address, that your account was registered with, and your password,

  • Go to My Account > Account Details,

  • Change your old email address to your new one and save your changes.

  • Your new email address will be your user Login from now on.

How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletters?

To update your newsletter preferences, go to My Account at the top of every RALUN page and click on Newsletter. Here you can update your interests by ticking the available interest fields.

If you don’t want to receive any newsletters you can tick the box, ‘Unsubscribe’, and then click on the ‘Save preferences’ button.

Is it safe to shop on ralun.co.za?

We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously. We only use tried and tested payment gateways, ensuring your paymnet details are secure. At no time do we have access to your payment details.
